  Biography	Jane called Sarah her only sister. After her husband died, she ran a boarding school for girls with her three daughters at 12 Victoria Place in Newport. In 1871 she had 16 girls living in the school. After she died, her daughters continued to run the school. In 1881 there were 10 girls living in the school. When Sarah died her estate worth £600 was split up between her three "spinster" daughters. By 1891 her middle daughter, Mary had married and become widowed. The three sisters spent the rest of their lives living together on the estate of Mary's deceased husband. Since none of her daughters had children, the family line ended with them.
