William J. Disbrow, son-in-law of ex-Consul General to Cuba Ramon O Williams, died on Sunday at his home, 35 Cambridge Place, Brooklyn. He was born forty-four years ago in South Amboy, N. J., and was for many years in the freight forwarding business at 106 Wall Street, Manhattan. He is survived by his widow. The funeral services will be held this evening.
